How to perform white balance calibration (Also can refer to the uploaded video):
(Note: Do not insert the SD card during calibration)
1. Place the scanner on white paper and press the “Scan” button to turn on
2. Press and hold the “Scan” and “JPEG/PDF” buttons simultaneously for approximately 2s.
3. Then red and green LED indicators will light up. Do not move it; wait for the red light to turn off.
4. After the red light turns off, smoothly slide the scanner until the green light turns off.
5. After calibration is complete, press the “Scan” button to turn off the scanner.
If you encounter an “SD card full” message upon first use, you can try formatting the SD card.

Solved the “SD Card Full” Error — Now It Scans Perfectly
Using this for a trip to Greece, and I’m really happy with the results. I noticed a ton of errors in the reviews. Please read the manual carefully! You must press the TIMESET and the FORMAT button before you can start scanning.They’re tiny pinhole buttons, so use a toothpick or even an earring stem (that’s what I used) to press them. Once you do this, the “SD Card FULL” message goes away, the green button should turn on to SCAN, and the scanner works perfectly.

Simple and easy to carry. Works well.
It is simple, light, easy to use and carry. We bought it to help us scan in old letters from and to my grandmother and it works well. At family gatherings I could actively join conversations while scanning at the same time. I could use the cord to upload the hundreds of jpg files later. I had to do a few trials to understand how to make sure all margins were clear. No problems.I did not use the software provided yet as the jpg files were enough for what i needed.

It is so easy to use! Simple to set up. Insert batteries, the SD memory card (included), choose your format, and scan. I use it when I travel to historic societies so I can scan important documents. Great scanner!

PATIENCE – Trial and Error makes PERFECT
The plug-in chip goes into the device – upside down.It works fine. When I stuck in a little pin-tip intothe hole – I think it pushed the internal switch out of alinement.But it still seems to work OK. No problems.It just takes a little practice to get the scans perfect.I think it is worth the investment.

In my opinion this was $60 well spent. Great for scanning recipes. Took a litte bit of practice to get good scans but now I can get them done quickly. Good quality even on low resolution. Very portable and easy to use.

Broke on the first day
It broke on the first day. Showed as fully charged and on the same day wouldn’t even turn on. Really disappointing. Returning ASAP.

Funktioniert wie es soll, ist klein. Scans übertragmar mittels Speicherkarte. Mehr braucht man nicht… Wichtig, gegenber den Fotos bleibt der originale Maßstab erhalten.

Es fácil de manipular y leyendo el instructivo sale todo. El problema que yo le veo es que los bordes son muy grandes aproximadamente 1.5 cm. Por lo que si quieres escanear un libro, los bordes del escáner no te lo van a permitir por razones obvias. Si el escáner comenzara en algún borde del aparato, estaría excelente. Pero si lo que quieres escanear está suelto, funciona muy bien. Eso sí, las baterías parecería que las consume rápido pero no lo he usado mucho como para afirmar eso. Extraer lo escaneado es super sencillo, ya que trae un cable C a USB
