Samsung soundbar
The soundbar has a great sounds. The subwoofer offered the appropriate base. It was a gift for my husband for his mancave TV, he loves! The remote is a nice touch and convenient.

Easy fix if you can’t hear your Samsung TV.
This was an easy fix to improve the TV volume. Noticed early-on that it was sometimes difficult to hear dialog, even at relatively extreme volume, with our new Samsung TV. The soundbar is easier to hear at volumes under 10 than the TV speakers were at 40+, probably because the speakers are direct-facing rather than facing away (my best guess). Very easy setup via bluetooth if you have a bluetooth capable TV. No need for a digital optical cable if this is the case.

Like most $1000 tvs, our new one sounded like is was all coming though a cardboard tube. The prospect of another device and remote of its own to resolve the poor sound was not enticing. This one says “works with your Samsung tv.” Great, let’s see if it’s that simple- and I’m willing to gamble with $100 on that. Turns out this is true- it just works with your Samsung tv. I used a digital optic cable, turned it all on, and magic- the tv remote controls the sound bar volume. Consequently, my Apple TV remote controls the volume- all by default, I didn’t need to touch any config. Bonus- it sounds really good. I can actually hear people talking. And for the price, with easy setup and food sound quality, that gets 5 stars.

Junk, Don’t waste your money. Sound quality is terrible. Optical cord was not in the box. Kids are now using it for music.

Great Sound! On screen set up using Bluetooth.
This was bought for an elderly person with hearing problems. Needed something that was easy to use( works with TV/Cable remote). The speakers on the Samsung Flatscreen were good, but needed to project the sound out to her. Now she has the volume lower and can understand everything being said. Great product, great price and quality. Literally 5 minutes start to finish set up.

That the product is working.
The Bluetooth would not connect, so I put my T.V. settings on optical and got my hands on a optical cable. So I plugged the optical in the T.V. and sound bar now it’s working perfectly.

Not up to Samsung Standards
Was very disappointed with the sound bar. 1st: No wall mounting hardware, brackets etc. A great deal of TVs are wall mounted these days. 2nd: Sound quality was literally Terrible. Sounded almost muffled, Volume had to be set at MAX to hear it. Tried all 3 connection types, Optic provided the best, but still far from expectations. We have had Samsung Sound Bars in the Past and have been completely satisfied. This one, definitely not. The Seller however, was fantastic. We processed the return/refund with Amazon, dropped it off at a UPS Store and within a couple days, the Refund was processed immediately. Fantastic Customer Service.

The soundbar came as ordered the advertised headphones were not included the seller told me that was a mistake on the description on the Amazon site also the remote battery was also missing.
