Great camera – very good quality
This camera is a game changer. It’s much better than my current regular webcam I have. The image quality is very sharp, autofocus works phenomenally and the mirror flip feature is also very useful. Quality is good, everything works as intended would highly recommend.

Having tried a variety of webcams, including some of the cheaper Logitech models, the SAYLAS 2K definitely stands out in terms of quality and performance.Pros:Picture Quality: The picture quality is superb, delivering clear and sharp 2K resolution. Whether you’re using it for video conferencing, streaming, or recording videos, the image clarity is impressive and far exceeds what you get with most budget webcams.Build Quality: The webcam feels sturdy and well-made, a significant upgrade from many of the flimsy alternatives in the same price range. The design is sleek and modern, fitting nicely on top of any monitor.Value for Money: At its price point, the SAYLAS 2K offers exceptional value. Best in it’s price range.
So far it’s been excellent. The mics do a decent job noise canceling my fan and the autofocus works very well. For a cheap webcam it’s a great value.Only small negative is OBS doesn’t recognize it as 4K capable, and auto records at 1080p with no option to change it. You may be able to work around this, so best of luck.

I envisioned professional-looking presentations, smooth gaming streams, and never having to apologize for my blurry, potato-quality laptop camera again.The reality? This webcam is less a reliable piece of tech and more a temperamental artist who walks off stage mid-performance. Its specialty isn’t high-definition video; it’s high-frequency disappearing acts.From the moment I plugged it in, it was clear this wasn’t going to be a stable relationship. It connects, it shows a beautiful, crisp image for approximately 37 seconds, and then… poof. Gone. Vanished into the digital ether. My face freezes on screen, my voice cuts out, and I’m left staring blankly at my monitor while the other participants in the call wonder if I’ve been abducted by aliens or just have incredibly unstable internet (it’s the webcam, I swear!).It’s like having a conversation with someone who constantly hangs up the phone mid-sentence. “So, about the quarterly proj-” click. “Could you please send me the rep-” silence. “My cat just did something amazi-” picture frozen in a distorted grimace.I’ve tried different USB ports. Good audio, meh video quality
I’m shopping for a decent budget webcam for conference calls and I am comparing this unit to a Peatop brand 4K webcam. First of – this webcam is HUGE….twice the size of similar bar shaped webcams. I suppose that’s because they had to fit 4 microphones inside. It looks chunky but that’s not a big deal because whatever Saylas is doing with microphones seems right because this webcam records clearer and louder sound (much better than Peatop). Unfortunately, the video quality isn’t that great – it’s grainy and not sharp in low light, which makes me question if it’s really 4k like it’s being advertised. I think it’s actually 1080p because the video quality is much worse compared to Peatop webcam. I will be returning it. Ordered two other Saylas webcams to try, hoping that at least one of them have a good balance of mic and video quality.

I was seriously debating if it was necessary to buy a webcam when my laptop already has a built in web cam. I’m glad I tried because this has a very low entry price for a webcam that’s LEAGUES better than the laptop camera.
