Works perfect and fit and finish is very good.
Very good solid Microphone. works great as expected.I purchased the PGA48 without the cord. I think it was available with a 15 foot cord. I purchased the 25 food cords.IF this microphone works as good as it looks it should last for many years. But only time will tell.As for now it working. I bought the Shure brand Microphone because 20 years ago they were what everyone used.

Pouch too small to accommodate mic clip
Most reviewers have already mentioned opinions about sound quality and handling noise. YouTube reviews have put the handling noise issue to rest with actual tests, so no one can claim that this mic is quiet. I don’t think the PA use i have in mind for this mic will ever matter for the handling noise.However, no one has yet mentioned that the pouch is too small to accommodate anything but the microphone itself. There’s no room for the mic clip, which comes with the package. Also missing is the usual mic mounting adapter, which some reviewers already mentioned. Obviously, there’s no room for the cable either, but that’s not expected in any case. I opted for the 1/4″ termination for added versatility even though most of my gear is XLR-oriented. For the extra $5.00 for the cable, i figured it was a steal.My standard kit setup for each mic in my cabinet includes the clip, a foam windscreen, the mounting adapter, and a shock mount, which all fit in the included pouch for my SM58s and 57s, comprising an all in one convenient storage and cartage solution.My solution is to disregard the Shure pouch in place of a zippered banker’s pouch, which will accommodate the usual accessories.My application for this mic is a throw-away mic for PA use for group presentations by family members which include only speech or karaoke , no music. It is also intended to undergo more punishment and abuse by family members than professionals, who have experience in mic handling and care.Plus, the switch is a plus for those who panic when it feeds back. They can simply turn if off until the speaker placement has been changed.I’m going with Shure’s claims that it is tuned best for speech, which i expect will enhance the intelligibility of the dialog. It almost doesn’t matter, so long as it works to produce clear sound, which many reviewers claim.Otherwise, i have no other use for this mic than a party pleaser. I don’t care if they drop it or spill beer on it. It’s almost disposable at this price.

Good home karaoke microphone.
I bought this specifically to use at home for my karaoke setup. It’s a little setup that has brought us much fun since we started using it about 1.5 years ago. The karaoke setup has gotten more use due the pandemic, we still wanted to karaoke and the only place to do it was at home. I was using my computer mic (a Blue Yeti condenser mic) and sending the audio straight to a speaker just for the vocals (a Bose Rockin Roller Mini). It worked but I always had to worry about feedback, and it was still better than nothing. I decided I wanted to add some reverb to the karaoke nights and bought a tiny mixer (Behringer Xenyx 1202FX) and this microphone. There are some reviews that say there is noticeable handling noise, there is, I noticed it immediately upon testing. The other thing I noticed was that I was still getting feedback, the speaker I use does face directly to the singer, the mic, and its only placed about 5 feet away from the singer, so it wasn’t a surprise to hear the feedback. After changing the settings on my mixer and lowering the mid adjustment knob, I was able to get the mic working with no noticeable feedback, effects, and good volume, minimal change on the handling noise. The handling noise goes unnoticed once the music starts and there is active singing.For my first cardioid mic for my home karaoke, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend to others for home karaoke use, I would not recommend for professional use or even just speaking, with no background noise the handling noise is going to be noticeable.Would I buy again? Maybe, this thing is great for an introductory mic but I think I will spend a bit more next time and get the Shure SM58 to use as the main and downgrade this one to the backup singers mic. Maybe I’ll change my mind after using this a few more times.If you are looking for a good budget friendly microphone for fun at home karaoke nights then I would highly recommend this. I would not recommend this for professional use or for those of you planning to use it for speaking only, the handling noise is too noticeable.

Instead of buying stupid microphone like blue snowball ice and other stuff that creates latency and can never be resolved, this mic can be brought. If u are looking for mic that record just your voice even in a noisy environment and has no latency when sing please buy this… And remember a soundcard like behringer is required to use this which costs additional 4k but its worth buying. Good mic but still condencer mic can be a better option when they are available for 1000k. Because this mic has bassy sound and dose not provide any additional crisp ness if u r a singer plz buy power Pak or wright mics I have used personally.

低音から高音までまんべんなくクリアに拾ってくれる感じベリンガーのコンデンサーマイクを使ってましたが、コンデンサーでは周囲の音を拾い過ぎるので安価で音質がそこそこの物が無いかと思い、購入しました。ハンドで使用することはあまりないですが、ハンドで使用してもクリアに聞こえます。マイク本体にON,OFFスイッチがあるのも便利で、スイッチを切り替えてもノイズが乗らないのも良いですね。若干こもった音になるような感じはありますが、機材でコンプやエキスパンダーを使えば気持ちいい音にもなるのでそれ程気にならないです。もう少し高いマイクも使って比較できたらまたレビュー更新したいと思ます。
