Before, the airflow in this room was uneven, and it always felt hotter than the rest of the house. Since installing this device, the temperature stays even and much more comfortable.🔹 Easy installation: it replaces the regular floor vent and works right away. Good floor register. Bad instructions
Fan is effective and very good at boosting either heat or air in rooms that get too little HVAC. door closed makes it the most effective. TERRIBLE instructions. They do not tell you what app you need to connect to phone. You need an app that connects and can find devices but you have to figure that out. Once done it works well. It’s quiet too.

One of the best things I’ve bought in a long time
I love these registers with fans. I have floor registers. When the air conditioner kicks off, the air duct still have cold air in them. With these registers the fans continue pulling out that cool air. I think in the long run I’m saving money because the house cools off a little bit more and the air conditioner doesn’t turn on as frequently. This is one of the best purchases I made them while. Now I have not used this for heat yet. I live in Arizona and I might need it and try it with the heat.

Effective airflow but some design flaws.
This is a mixed bag. The unit itself IS good at increasing airflow and cooling down an upstairs room in the summer, so that is great. Combined with closing some downstairs vents, I saw big gains in temperature consistency on the different floors of my house.However, this was with running it on high speed all day. And that comes with some major downsides. For one thing, it’s very noisy: like a desktop PC while playing some graphics-intensive game. I personally sleep with a white noise machine in the bedroom, so for me this was just added white noise that I couldn’t even hear at night, and no one is in the bedroom to mind about this during the daytime.The unit does have a smart mode that ostensibly activates the unit only when the AC (or heat, based on the current configuration) is running. The mechanism for this is fairly clever: it checks the surrounding air temp, and activates when the temperature is below a certain threshold, assuming that to be an indication that the system is running.This sounds nice on paper, but has some flaws in design. For one thing, it is very confusing how to set this up and took me quite a while to understand. Once you figure it out, it’s easy to do. But the instructions are a little baffling, partly because of some fairly poor translation (presumably from Chinese).Once set up correctly, I still wasn’t able to get good results from this smart mode. The unit temperature was not sufficiently precise or reactive to notice when my AC had switched on.A better design for this unit would instead accommodate an anemometer and monitor ambient air speed. This would require some clever programming to switch off its own fans during measurement, but it would ensure that the fan was always running, even if the HVAC system was running in “fan only” mode — which this unit currently has no way to detect. That’s a shame, because “fan only” would be a great way to passively circulate air at a lower cost.The poor temp control would be manageable, IF it were possible to control this unit with a smart switch. In that case I could manually wire up a system that would switch on this device when the AC was on, and switch it off otherwise. But unfortunately, if this device loses power, and then power is restored, it “forgets” what mode it was in, and remains off until you press a button on the unit or on the remote.For me, that makes this device much less valuable, and I ended up returning it in favor of one that I could control more easily. That said, this is not a bad unit, and if you don’t mind these limitations it could work well for you.

Placed in sun room turned into son’s bedroom he gets hot all the time. So easy to install fit perfectly This is great he feels more air and is cooler and I don’t have e to freeze win win. He loves it Me too It’s quite and he can adjust ite speed too. It’s made a great improvement on the room temperature seems to work great

Works really well
AMAZING. Worked really well for my situation/setup. Our 2 floor condo has the HVAC system on the 2nd floor and it struggled massively to blow air down to the 1st floor, barely felt any air from the vents. It would take HOURS for our 1st floor to heat/cool to our desired temp, while the 2nd floor would take 15-20 minutes. I installed one of these units and my 1st floor temp went up 4 degrees in about 30 minutes. Now I don’t have to worry about freezing down here this winter. The fan is also not terribly loud at max speed. For reference: 1st floor is a little over 700 sq feet with standard ceiling height. Will probably get another one to increase the heating/cooling rate but overall very satisfied!

This is an awesome product
Easy to install and use. My bedroom is on an exterior wall so it gets cold very easily. I’ve tried many different things to help with no avail. After trying this it seems to work really well. My room is now warmer and the fans are super quiet. I would recommend this to anyone that has issues keeping their or anyone else’s rooms warm during the winter.
