1. What can I do if the HDMI port cannot work?
a. Please ensure that the USB C port on the host device supports video output.
b. Check if you have chosen the correct input source on the monitor and lower the resolution to see the result.
c. Re-plug the HDMI cable and try the hub with another monitor.
2.What can I do if the USB ports disconnect?
a. The Max output power of the USB ports is 2A. The total power consumption of the USB devices should be within 2A. For 2.5inch HDD/SSD, we suggest connecting up to two 2.5” 1TB HDD/SSD at once.
b. Please do not plug into/out the PD charger when using the hub.
c. Connect another USB device to the port for a try.)

Great product. Wasnt working with my s21, but now it does.
Hi everyone, hope you guys are having a nice day. Well, i bought this item to use it with my Samsung galaxy s21, i found good reviews on the web, so i thought it would be a great buy. But the reality is that I’m a bit disappointed.The device looks very good, it seems that can handle to be on the worst of the backpacks, i looks and feels very resistant and that’s cool, i really like the design and the aluminum construction.On the other hand, the work of it, that’s where i got sad. The device is not able to work without external power on mobile devices. it doesn’t even let you read memories, it doesn’t matter if they are UBS or Micros SD cards, it just doesn’t work, those are, at least, the ones i wanted to work without power, but they do nothing.So, it should be obvious that the HDMI port didn’t work without power, I’ve used other hubs that works great without power, so imagine my sadness when i try to use this one and found out that it even needs power for read memories.So, in the end, if you want to use it with a pc, its ok, but, if you want to use it with smartphones, forget about it.UPDATE:The device still not working with S21 devices or phones, but the costumer support reached out to me asking about my experience and how they could improve the item, and that’s something that i appreciate a lot.As i said, the device works great with computers, at least windows ones, because that’s what i have, my issue is that it does not work without power on mobile devices.Update after a two years i think:The hub started working without any external power. I’m pretty happy with it. It got me out of some trouble by just plug and play. 100% recommended.

Works as advertised. Connected to an iPad pro it can charge it, read from a USB stick or a memory card and send sound to USB headphones. All at the same time

Worth a buy? – Yes!
Excellent adapter works immediately, plug and play. The big advantage is the USBC ports are spaced apart meaning you could attach a mic adapter or whatever you need and still plug something adjacent to it. This is an issue that occurs with other USB hubs.

Ho avuto modo di provarlo bene e devo dire che Funziona benissimo collegato iPad alla tv allo stesso tempo trasmette in hdmi e ricarica tramite porta usb C apposita e con un mouse si interfaccia alla grande.Unica pecca non appare la tastiera sul monitor esterno quindi meglio averne una fisica per poterlo sfruttare a pieno.
