What can I do if I can’t get the ethernet port isn’t properly connecting?
1) Please install the driver;
2) For Mac devices, add this adapter in the Network settings page. Go to “System Preferences”–>”Network”–> “+” –>Select the network card with the corresponding name–> “Create”
Why doesn’t my laptop display properly when using the HDMI port?
1) The laptop must support the video transmission function (DisplayPort Alternate Mode), in order to use this docking station to transmit video.
2) Please make sure your HDMI cable has no cuts or breaks and is functioning properly.
Why can’t my laptop use the PD interface?
1) The USB-C interface of the device must support the PD charging function.
2) In order to avoid an identification problem with the PD protocol, we suggest using the original charger of the notebook to charge.
Why does the 30W ROG Ally Turbo Mode cannot be triggered?
It is suggestd to connect a 87W or above PD charger to trigger the 30W turbo mode.

Great for my laptop
Love that this hub is slimmer than others I have, which makes it perfect for tossing in the bag with my laptop. I’m thankful that connections are changing to USB-C, which provides so much functionality (including charging of my laptop) through a single port.

Small, light, and works great with my MacBook Air M4
Recently got a MacBook Air M4 to replace my windows PC, and I needed a docking station for when I’m at my desk. This plugged right in and worked great. Power deliver thru the USB-C port is great, and I just plug one cable into the MacBook and everything, including power, is connected. It has been rock solid and everything has stayed connected. I was specifically looking for one with a wired network port since I have wired networking in my house, and for the price this one is hard to beat.

I can’t speak to the durability and longevity of the item as I just got it, but the first one I tried like this (different brand) didn’t work at all, and this one seems to work perfectly. At least the ethernet connectivity and pass through charging works, I haven’t tried the other features. Ethernet works great though. I tested it on my laptop and got over 930 Mbps down . I actually bought it to use with my Meta Quest for VR Racing, and that works perfectly too although I had to reboot the Quest with it connected to get it to work. That’s no big deal though, once connected it worked perfectly. 5 stars for now, we’ll see how it holds up over time.

Great Product, it has the ports you need, sometimes it heats and everything, it’s not that crazy but it could be better. I mean, why would a usb hub need to be hot? Anyways, the design it’s good. The speed it’s good, as expected. The connectivity it’s also good, no problems with Ethernet or hdmi. With WiFi I used to get 100 mbps and now I’m getting 400mbps. The size is ideal but it could fit a lot more ports. Overall, buy it if you do t really care about it being a little bit hot

This is my second unit from the same brand and It works perfectly. I like the flexible USB C cable for quick connection between office and home setup. Easy to fit within laptop bag. The one I had before comes with SD card and I needed Ethernet connector then I purchased this for fixed connection at my home office setup. I think it’s good for the value for money and simple to connect.

Great Quality for the Price
I have a very similar one from Anker but for whatever reason, it decided to stop outputting video over the HDMI. I have a few UGreen products that are nearly identical to Anker. Anker is usually my go to brand but I opted for UGreen this time around for the replacement. Quality is just as good as Anker, price was somewhat better and this solves all my needs for my laptop which has limited ports. I’ve been just as happy with my Ugreen stuff as I have been with Anker…

All of the the ports work properly as far as I can tell and I’m relatively happy. The only drawback (not just this brand but all hubs) is what to do with it after you plug it in. The options seem to be to let it fall off a table or when you connect a wired device have it acts like a jump ropes until it unplugs itself and falls to the floor

It’s not really a docking but more a hub. I needed something with a USBc charger and connector which also included ethernet to not loose any more ports. The only trouble i had was that i couldn’t use it with the UGreen 65W charger i already had but it worked perfectly with the Dell 90W USBC charger i already had. It seems there is some issue with some chargers. I also tried with ah 160W OnePlus charger and that also didn’t work. But Ugreen is solving the issue, i was helped really good by the service department, so points go also to them.
