Palm vein technology is next generation of biometric authentication method that uses infared sensor to detect the unique patterns of veins in a person’s palm to verify their identity. It has shown great advantage over fingerprint on speed, accuracy and security.
Contactless Palm Vein Recognition — Wyze Palm Lock uses a highly secure biometric technology that reads the unique vein pattern beneath your palm. Simply hover your hand to unlock—no touch needed. Faster and more reliable than fingerprints.
Dual-Battery System with Emergency Charging — A 6-month main battery is backed by a 2-week secondary battery. If both drain, use the integrated USB-C port and any power bank for an emergency charge—ensuring you’re never locked out.
Peace of Mind with Auto Lock — A built-in gyroscope detects the angle and movement of the door in real time. Once it senses the door has closed then it automatically locks, preventing false or jammed locks.
Secure & Shareable Access Codes — Create up to 50 unique or one-time guest codes on the illuminated keypad. Our Anti-Peep Technology keeps every code secure, allowing you to add extra digits before or after your real PIN to prevent snooping.
Smart Battery Saver — Wyze Palm Lock is equipped with millimeter wave radar, the same used in self-driving cars. It scans for the presence of a person (not just movement) and only “wakes up” the lock when a person is detected.
Voice & Visual Control — Lock or unlock your door with simple voice commands via Alexa or Google Assistant, or directly from the live feed of your Wyze Video Doorbell for a seamless smart home experience.
Control from Anywhere with Wi-Fi — Control and monitor the lock status from anywhere, anytime. Customize lock notifications in the Wyze app.
Mechanical Lock and Key Option — Still yearning for the comfort of a traditional key? We got you covered. Simply slide down the damping cover and manually unlock the old-fashioned way (set of keys included).
Tamper and Ajar Alarms — Wyze Palm Lock speaks up and sounds an alarm if it detects tampering from excessive incorrect unlock attempts. It’ll also chirp if you accidentally leave the door open (customizable in the Wyze app).
IP53 weather-resistant and BHMA3 Certified — Rain or shine, Wyze Palm Lock is built to last with IP53-rated weather resistance. Security that stands up to the elements. It’s not just smart, it’s strong.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Palm Recognition Works Perfectly – Love This Lock!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Palm Recognition Works Perfectly – Love This Lock!I couldn’t be happier with the Wyze Palm Lock. Installation was straightforward, and once it was set up, it worked flawlessly. What I love most is the palm recognition feature. It feels futuristic but also super practical—no more fumbling for keys or even pulling out my phone. I just place my palm on the lock and it opens instantly. The recognition is fast, accurate, and works every time without hassle. It’s been a game-changer for convenience, especially when my hands are full. The build feels solid, the app is easy to use, and I feel confident in the security it provides.Overall, I really like this lock and highly recommend it to anyone who wants smart, reliable, and effortless entry.

Perfect Lock with a Perfect Price
What a great product. Quick open using the palm and easy install. Detects if the door is open on the app. Allows you to invite additional users via the app and they can program their palm and also create a custom code for that user. You can also set it to auto lock at a certain time. You can also set codes for visitors so you don’t have to compromise your other codes. I have a Yale lock as well that is twice the cost and I don’t feel like I’ve compromised at all regarding performance and features. The only downside is the only color option is black but I understand since it’s new. Wyze products are very reliable. I have cameras, vacuums, purifiers, scales, light bulbs, etc, and all work great. Would definitely recommend.

Quality product and easy to use. Highly recommend!
Delivered quickly, easy to set up, and works great! I love the flexibility of setting up individualized access for different people. I saw some reviews mentioned challenges with the palm reader, but we haven’t experienced any. We also have several other Wyze products, so this fits seamlessly into our home automation ecosystem.

A Smart Lock That Feels Like Sci-Fi—Almost
I didn’t expect a door lock to feel this personal. The Wyze Palm Lock has quietly become part of my daily rhythm—no keys, no codes, just a moment of recognition. The palm vein recognition feels futuristic—like something out of a sci-fi movie—and it works surprisingly well. It works beautifully, even in low light, and it feels like a gesture of trust every time I walk through the door.Setup was intuitive, and the integration with Alexa fits seamlessly into my smart routines. The auto-lock feature gives peace of mind, and the dual battery system is a thoughtful safeguard. I also appreciate the mechanical key backup, though I haven’t needed it once. This isn’t just a smart lock—it’s a ritual. It turns coming home into something quiet, secure, and almost poetic. If you’re building a home that feels like an extension of your values, this lock belongs in it.

Best smurlock for the money.
I absolutely love this door lock. I love all of the functionality, including the palm scanning and the auto locking that is smart enough to know whether or not the door is open or closed, and the fact that it gives you so many ways to unlock the door. And it’s extremely simple to install. Took me maybe about 20 minutes at most and that’s mostly cuz I was a little slow at it. I would definitely say that this product is well worth the money.

Nice, But Problems
It looks like I received a malfunctioning unit. Everything went well until it came to scanning my palms. This is where it fell apart. I kept getting a timed out message on the app on my phone. The unit would not read my palms so I tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and none of them worked. Clearly something was wrong so i called their support line for assistance. Although the couple of reps i talked to were very friendly they were every unknowledgeable. i spent well over 2 hours on the phone with two different reps trying to resolve the problem. After every question i asked they put me on hold for 3-5 minutes and said they had to consult with a technician. This went on and on…Eventually they issue a technical ticket number which you have to chat with someone in the app. this was a chase your tail event as well. Frustration gets to a point where it’s no longer worth it so i have decided to reorder another lock to see if i have better luck with the new one and return the faulty one at that point. I understand that there can be technical issues with new wi- fi technology but a good customer service call line can make all the difference in the world as to the outcome. These reps were obviously reciting their lines from a Q Card. Like I said, the customer service reps were very friendly but had NO product knowledge of the product. The unit itself is very nice and functions very well in all other aspect as well as Alexa. I will update my review once I get the new lock. Hopefully it will be functional.
