Llegó en perfectas condiciones, a la hora de realizar trabajos lo hace de maravilla y para los videojuegos se desempeña a la maravilla, muy fácil de instalar un m.2 para agregarle más espacio, solo recomiendo usar un soporte para que no tenga obstrucción los ventiladores de abajo.

Great laptop
Not a bad laptop at all. Only returned due to me wanting to get a full Alienware tower. Would highly recommend for people getting into gaming on laptop/ or people looking for portable gaming devices. Only thing is it can get extremely hot in your lap so be carful when gaming like that, but not different then other said gaming laptops. Recommend using a desk

Good bargain when on sale
Got this on sale for my step-son. It was a good deal. He had one or two set-up issues with sound driver updates and his drawing pad but otherwise he’s been very happy with it. He resolved all issues by updating all drivers manually.

It’s my first time buying a laptop in Canada. I used to have an Asus K555L, which I used for 10 years. I did a lot of research and compared many laptop models, including trying a MacBook. When I ordered this model, Amazon offered me great benefits, including a monthly payment plan 👌. I love it! I use it with a small fan nearby, and I live in a place close to the backyard too. 😀

I’ve never had a really good computer, let alone a good laptop. This is a dream come true. Fast and great graphics. Very well built so it’s a bit heavy but considering what it’s capable of, not even a problem. Alienware all the way! Great job!

The machine is good but heavy. I had very little battery life and overheating, which bothered me when working on my lap, so I had to return it.

Amazing product but the screen light leak is noticiable. Alienware support said the screen is working as expected…. if they say so. Very dissapointed with the support staff on this one.

I love it so far. Just a casual pc gamer haven’t played anything to crazy yet but fortnite runs amazing on it. Pretty fast in all aspects I dont have any complaints besides battery life but that is kind of to be expected for any laptop .
