Worthwhile addition
This has been a worthwhile replacement of the 1gig switches that I had been using. I have 1gig fiber internet connected to my1gig devices via a network of 6A cables and 3 of these 2.5 gig switches. The result was better reliability and surprisingly, a bump up in speed. Additionally, switches show a 2.5 gig connection between switches.

Multiport switch
I needed a switch with more than 4 ports. I got this switch and it works well. I am a little skeptical about the origins/where the switch was made, especially with other brands being exposed as having security flaws. I’m not aware of any security flaws in this switch, but that doesnt mean there might be one. I would still suggest investigating it if you are concerned with security. For what I’m using it, I’m not as worried. It functions well and I haven’t had any issues.

Nice Easy Upgrade for Home Network
Easy to install, nothing to configure and as long as you are 2.5 gig capable end to end, you get top speed without the hassle. Keep in mind, EVERY node doesn’t have to be 2.5, just the nodes that are connecting to each other including the router.

Davvero ben fatto, solido in metallo e funzionale. Fa egregiamente il suo lavoro. Al momento non ce ne sono moltissimi e queto è ottimo. Come da altro sottolineato non è ‘gestito’ quindi VLAN e Aggregaizone vengono fatti attraverso uno switch, ma molto ben spiegato.
