The on and off switch for the item doesn’t work?
1.Low Battery: A very low battery can cause the scanner to behave erratically. It might power on but not have enough energy to activate the imaging sensor and the data transmission when the trigger is pulled. Please charge it for 3-4 hours.
2.During transportation, the logistics company violently damaged it. Contact the seller for replacement.

Great scanning, battery, and customer service.
Great scanner, good at reading roughed up barcodes and awesome battery life. It does have light usage and kept off between usages but it’s running on it’s initial charge from 5 months ago…Also great customer service, we had a change in our software and required a code change in the scanner, emailed Eyoyo service and had a response by the morning. I asked for a manual to correct the issue, they sent the manual itself, access to the manual on their site, and above that sent me the one click (on the scanner) barcode to reprogram it to my needs.

Good scanners for light work
We use these at our food pantry to check customers in and they work great! The battery life is great and they are good quality. They take a little bit of getting used to but once you figure it out they work awesome.

Designed a custom application to track inventory of what we have in our basement freezer and pantry. Synced to a Windows 11 mini PC and it works great! Reads UPCs at almost any angle, even through shrink wrap.

The 2d and 4d works great. I work as a traveling sales rep; this scanner works super well. Better than most than I have used. I keep the booklet with me for Prefix’s, Suffix’s, scanner Speed and Scanner volume/vibration. I scan everything from dirty, small, large, damaged, smudged labels very rarely do I have one that I have to hand enter. Meaning I save time which in this day and age means saving money.Great Product will be buying IF and when this one dies.

Note that the user manual is very important for this device – do not throw it away with the packaging!The manual contains all the barcodes requires to change the settings of the device itself and without it you’d be a bit stuffed in all honesty. This is not helped by the Eyoyo website seemingly having a link to the user manual to download it but the link does not currently work. I’m sure, eventually, it will be uploaded and available online but for now the paper manual is crucial!The manual contains loads of information and initially is quite overwhelming but this reflects the sheer number of possible configurations and applications of this handy little barcode scanner device.As for the device itself – super compact and works flawlessly in my experience so far. Will read any barcode 1D or 2D off any surface (paper or electronic) and does so reliably and with an audible confirmation too (configurable). battery life also commendable for a compact little device.I haven’t yet tested this to do a stock-take or anything but it would certainly be up to that task and has multiple pairing options to get barcodes via Bluetooth or via USB cable to e.g. a laptop or computer. Note that the Bluetooth range is not as great as some Bluetooth devices.For a barcode scanner like this to turn e.g. a stock take or stock management into a simpler task you just want something that just works without errors and is quick and simple. This ticks all those boxes. once you’ve got your set-up as to how you want it it’s a great little device and for that it’s 5 stars from me even if it is pricier than some alternatives.

Zij hielpen mij met software updates en toetsenbordinstellingen die niet standaard geleverd werden bij het handboek. (Belgisch AZERTY (punt) toetsenbord).Kan ik zeker aanraden.
