Extremely easy setup. Good solid product.
The smart plug was extremely easy to set up.It is now running my christmas tree and all the lights that belong to it. I’m very happy with the performance and the price.

This is just a GREAT product and a GREAT company. The smart mini plugs work well with Alexa.They have worked flawlessly except for one mini plug. I had I think a power surge and then ONE of the mini plugs quite working. I contacted Ghome customer support and they sent me a package of FOUR.That was unexpected and I think it says alot about the company.Overall, a GREAT COMPANY that sells a GREAT PRODUCT!!

Easy start in the smart home realm.
I love my ghome stuff. Thes little outlet pucks are perfect for easy entry into the smarthome territory. They integrate well with alexa. The wifi connectiviry works well I have not had issue with them not being reachable. The design of these are small enough to take up only one outlet and leave the other free even allowing two in one outlet if needed. I would recomend these over and over again.

Great low profile timer
Wonderful devices, easy to set up and control through the app and small enough that it only takes one outlet on a double wall outlet. Would be 5 star except that you have to unplug them briefly about every 3 months for the schedule to continue functioning.

Easy to use and excellent customer service
We purchased a package of four plugs recently. Once we downloaded the app, they were simple to set up and use. One of the plugs did not work but after contacting the manufacturer and confirming with them that the plug was defective, they immediately resolved the issue and offered to send a replacement plug. Their customer service was excellent to work with.

These are excellent. We have the original four we purchased about 8 years ago, still working well. I purchased another four from another but compatible brand and have already had to replace two of them. Was very happy to see GHome back on Amazon.
