Excellent Product
Thought a bit on the expensive side. These are the most versatile switches I have worked with to-date. I have purchased over 20 and programed them to work as 3-way switches, not needing to have any physical connection between the switches. LOVE THEM!!! I currently have 17 working in my home and installed 4 in my cousin’s home.

One of the best smart switches I have tried!!
First off I have tried a few different types of smart switches and this one is great. Nice touch screen functionality and customization is easy. NOTE: this switch does require a neutral wire, but does not require a hub and also is a mesh WiFi booster and integrated well with my eero WiFi mesh system. Controllability is great you can control with the app or via Amazon Alexa/ google voice assistant. Installing it was easy and setup was not hard. The overall look is really nice and creates a modern look for o your home with a sleek profile. Currently have these setup in my garage and will be adding a neutral wire to my house switch boxes and converting my whole house to these switches they are one of the best I have found and very dependable. You can control them manually so no need to worry about problems with internet connection, if your internet drops due to unexpected problems with your provider you can still control these manually like a normal switch. In conclusion I highly recommend these 1 great look 2 easy install 3 seamless smart home integration 4 great price 5 WiFi mesh capable.

Alarm Panel fails to pair with detectors
The regular glass panel switches are great, but the alarm panel / security system doesn’t connect to the sensors. I sent multiple emails to tech support without finding a resolution after 2 weeks. The instructions are very poorly written.

Great look, feel, and function but WiFi connectivity needs fixing
I spent a lot of time researching LCD touchscreen styled switches and eventually took a chance on this one based on the appearance and a video review from someone in the UK.I have to say that I really like the overall functionality of these switches. It has great touch response and so far after nearly a year of being installed, has had no issues with that aspect of it. It’s easy to wire and install and initial setup to get this thing running is fast as well. I really like the interface lighting and customization. I did try 2 other touch-screen style switches to compare later, and they’ve been disappointing compared to this one.My ONLY grip with this switch is the WiFi part. It seems to lose it’s functionality with WiFi and re-connecting sometimes requires a reboot of the switch. The initial WiFi connection process is fast and easy, but once it drops, it’s more of a challenge to reconnect. And while being able to control my lights via an app can be appealing and appeases my sometimes laziness not to want to get off the couch, it was not my primary reason for the purchase. Personally, the WiFi feature is more of an added bonus for me, so not functioning properly only dropped my review down 1 star.I can’t speak to the customer service either since I rarely engage those anymore with anything… I think we’ve normalized poor customer service with just about everything these days, so can’t base my rating on that either.Overall it’s a great upgrade from standard toggle switches and can give your house a more modern look in my opinion.

Linked light for stairs with 5 minute off timer. Simplicity
I replaced old light switches with these and L8 3 switch model. Completely automated lighting throughout home now. Motion option with 5 minute time out is perfect for hallways you need lighting for but don’t want the hassle of switching on and off while passing. Easy wiring and app control.

Very slick looking smart switch. Easy install and customizable
I’m pretty impressed with this switch. It’s very customizable and install/setup (including connection to WiFi) was as easy as can be. I had 2 separate standard switches (1 for fan power and 1 for the fan lights) but wanted a switch that I could use to incorporate into my home automation plans and this works perfectly. Of note, this switch will not allow for changing the fan speed – it’s only for on/off power. This maker does have a dedicated fan smart switch available as well.

Great Product, But Beware of Support
First off, this product is really cool! I love that it works in Homekit. I installed it in a single gang box to control the light in my daughter’s room. I assigned automations to run when the other two buttons are tapped.There was a problem adding it to Homekit. If you tap ‘add accessory,’ in the Homekit app and scan the code, it WILL NOT WORK. To make it work, you have to tap ‘add accessory,’ ‘More options’ and look for the device. This lets you add the device as a bridge, instead of as a light switch.So why only two stars? Well, I had a quick question for support so I sent a message to the Whatsapp number (in China) that they provided. Got an answer a few days later. Fine. Then, after about a month, I started receiving bitcoin scam messages to my Whatsapp number. Someone with Lanbon support passed my info along to scammers. How do I know it was them? Well, Whatsapp has been just sitting on my phone for 7 years not sending or receiving any messages…no one even has the number. But I contacted Lanbon once and all of a sudden I’m getting spam? After getting no messages for 7 years? Coincidence?I don’t trust this company and I certainly wouldn’t give them any personal information for support or product registration. I also recommend configuring your router to not let this device have access to the internet just to be safe. Be careful smarthome friends!

Einfach mit Apple HomeKit zu verbinden, viele Einstellmöglichkeiten am Gerät, die farbig einstellbare Umrahmung habe ich ausgeschaltet, da sie mir zu hell war. Schalte und dimme damit eine Deckenlampe mit Ringkerntrafo und 5 LED Birnen, funktioniert einwandfrei. Preislich günstig, kann den Wanddimmer weiterempfehlen

Existe este Interruptor atenuador pero con Marco doble, con Regulación independiente????Después algo para Charlotte, ese voltaje no es porque este defectuoso,es un retorno de tu instalación, si quieres verificarlo, conecta el Neutro y la fase únicamente y prueba el voltaje entre neutro y L1,L2 o L3 la que prefieras.

Solo 3 stelle perché pensavo che luci e tapparelle si potessero gestire insieme, invece non è così, o stai nel menù tapparella non gestendo le luci o viceversa.Quindi se provo a gestire le tapparelle nel menù luci, mi ritrovo con 2 interruttori che aprono o chiudono totalmente le tapparelle senza possibilità di fermarle come vorrei io.Nel complesso comunque un ottimo prodotto, destinato ad una sola delle due funzioni indicate.Non lo ricomprerei
