Makes my office run well!
PS USE TIPS: USE THE WALL AS THE PLACE WHERE THE PAPER FED IN LEANS ON, BECAUSE THAT HELPS AVOID MULTIPLE PAGES GETTING PULLED- THE PLASTIC GUIDE IS NOT HELPFUL – DESIGN FLAW BUT MINOR: LEGAL PAGES ARE NOT CAUGHT AS THEY GO THROUGH, I USE A PENCIL CUP WITH A RULER IN FRONT OF IT. ALSO, CALIBRATE FREQUENTLY. This is my 3rd one (we run two daily, one in the closet as back up) and it beats brother by a mile. Brother printers are one thing, their scanners, not so much. But Plustek is super solid. I don’t push it. I do about 25 pages at a clip. If I get a dark line, which can happen when it’s new, I open it up and use a soft cloth and then, good as new. Their customer service is off the hook. Be sure to do the calibration every couple of days: can’t hurt. They answer the phone and let me tell you I have had some dumb questions: they are ALWAYS KIND. Thank you, Plustek.

Not recommended, arrived used, Doc Feeder damaged a test page
Scanner arrived in previously opened box. The Amazon listing didn’t say this would be a used or open box item. This should have been a new-in-box purchase.The AC power adaptor was loose in the package, which caused scuffing of silver toned scanner exterior (see photo 1). Some product parts had been previously opened and removed from their wrapper, some of the wrappers were torn open and empty (see photo 2). The Scanner Calibration Card arrived partly warped and creased, probably not ideal card condition for accurately calibrating the CIS sensor array. (photo 3).The scanner worked successfully for a 1 page document. But even with very careful alignment, a scan of 2 standard 8×10 pages was disastrous, as one page tilted slightly off axis as it was pulled into the scanner. This occurred with properly aligned page and feeder guide rails. In an instant the original document page was pulled-in and jammed, and was then wedged firmly into the scanner, partly folded and crinkled, and it could not be removed. The original page was destroyed. I’ve used similar scanners for 20 years, and was being careful with this scan. Not recommended for any important original. The paper moves so quickly there is absolutely no time to intervene to rescue your original document from an unfortunate demise. Documentation is also poor and sparse, many basic details are missing, too many issues to detail here. I’m returning this item.

Scanner Review
I use this daily, and it’s been great. Super easy to connect with my computer, produces very clear images, and automatically sorts out blank pages from ones with writing. Compact design, so it doesn’t take up much space on my desk.

Game Changer!
Works well and is fast. I do have to turn it off and on again if it sits idle while powered on for a while. It ignores almost every blank page if you choose that setting. I had about 1000 documents piled in boxes to scan. My old non filing system! I’m halfway done, and I will never have to dig through those boxes again looking for that one document I DESPERATELY need and never thought I would. This is a definite game changer!

Happy! Speed & variety of things it scans was why I got it. Finicky on older computer.
Speedy work when using it. More features options I haven’t even tried yet. Some trouble getting it installed on computer after I uploaded windows 11 it then didn’t work. Saw some info online that may be worth going through to reinstall it with 11. Worked with it on another older computer until can look into instructions possible for 11. Wasn’t with it when bought. Can be bit fussy with trying very many sheets scanning in one batch. Found scan was faster than older computer could file and at first thought there was a problem until I saw the issue and paused for it to catch up.

Excellent for fast scanning of any size of documents receipts and photos, very clear and focused results, even I can say better that original. very fast two-sided scan, very good software with 8 memories of different king of scanning. I have Cannon all in one printer but comparing to this it is very slow.Recommended

Twain/Citrix compatible
Bought 2 in order to replace older Fujitsu scanners that were not supported in windows 11. These scanners worked great with our Citrix connection to our cloud based EHR/PM software (twain works for you techies). I had no issues on setup and will buy these again.
