Reliable, Fast, and Worth the Price
I’ve been using this barcode scanner for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with how well it performs. The scans are quick and accurate whether I’m scanning barcodes off paper labels or straight from a phone screen, which saves me a lot of time at work. I love the flexibility of having both Bluetooth and the 2.4 GHz wireless option—it connects easily to my laptop and phone without any issues. The charging stand is a big plus too, since I can just drop the scanner in and it’s ready to go, no fumbling with cords. The battery life has been excellent, lasting me over a week on a single charge, and it recharges fast so there’s no downtime. The different scanning modes, especially the auto-sense feature, make inventory work much easier, and the offline storage is handy for larger projects. It also feels solid and durable without being heavy, and I appreciate the option to have vibration feedback in quieter environments. For the price, it really delivers great value—I’ve paid more in the past for scanners that didn’t work half as well

Accurate scanning, easy setup
First of course and perhaps most importantly, Scanmarker has excellent support. Had a question about the scanner and was provided a solution with in 24 hours. That’s the way support should be.This is a very nice hand held portable bar code scanner. It scanned pretty much any bar code I tried. It failed on the ones I made, but as it turns out the ones I made were not properly formatted.The one star deduction was the user guide, specifically the Appendix area. The scanner had no problem scanning the code in the Appendix, but my poor eyes had a hard time trying to figure out which codes would give me a proper key sequence. Support was helpful in the matter, but I think the writing and the characters could be a bit larger.All in all, a very good bar code scanner with dual modes. Either Bluetooth or dongle. Bluetooth is easy to setup and supports a good range. It also supports Bluetooth low energy (BLE).The dongle doubles as the charging base. You can take the scanner out of the charging base and use it wirelessly or leave the scanner in the base, set the scanner to continuous mode and just pass the bar code in front of the scanner.You can change the volume of the beep, how long it will stay active before sleeping and many other settings. Which a word of caution don’t lose the manual as it has all the bar codes that allow you to customize the way the scanner functions.

Scan without a hassle
After struggling for long time with old wires barcode scanner at work decided to get this wireless barcode scanner to help us speed up the process of counting products inventory. Its lightweight and scans accurately, and works as expected. I had no issue setting up this wireless barcode scanner.

Useful Scanner. User manual? Not so much.
The Scamaker arrived neatly packaged and consists of only four parts: an instruction manual, a USB cable, a charging stand, and, of course, the scanner itself.The scanning gun feels very light, which raises some questions about the durability of its design. However, its lightweight nature makes it easy to hold for extended periods.The setup process is fairly straightforward, utilizing QR codes for initial configuration. Despite this, I had to figure out some operational details on my own, as the manual did not cover them in depth.I chose to connect the scanner to my iPhone via Bluetooth. After scanning the two codes from the manual, I successfully established a Bluetooth connection. I then needed to locate and download a small app to generate a QR code, as well as a text program that would accept the scanner’s output.Overall, the process was painless, though not particularly quick. One key point to remember is that when the scanner is connected to the phone via Bluetooth, it prevents you from using any manual text input. The scanner operates in place of your usual keyboard until you turn it off. Additionally, it may take some trial and error to ensure that the text flows to your phone properly and displays accurately.It’s an easy-to-use tool once you get everything figured out—just be cautious with the scanner, as it appears to be designed for light-to-medium-duty use.
