Great AV Tech tool; wonderful for streaming outlets
This capture card device is absolutely astounding to me! I cannot believe that such a small form factor could provide such quality video capture and suits the needs for my use. For me, I utilize this as a way of testing video output of devices, as I work in the AV industry.For many years, I have gone through a multitude of monitors, only to have them wind up being broken due to storage, moving equipment around, and simply forgetting that bag in the corner is the one with the monitor in it.Another nifty thing is the small form factor, as I store this in the same pockets I do for my USB to Ethernet dongles. I have tested this out utilizing the Camera app in Microsoft and OBS Studio and it works wonderfully. Now that I have a taste of what this dongle can do, I am looking forward to setting up streams and making content as well.

A functional and affordable HDMI capture card.
I was looking into buying a new webcam for streaming, but I already had a good camcorder and I was wondering if I could just use that. I learned that I needed a capture card and saw that this one was affordable and just what I needed. Setup was easy and OBS detected it immediately upon plugging it in. Video quality was fantastic. You’ll need to disable buffering or else there’s an audio delay, and it might be a bit CPU intensive. After running it for over an hour it was only slightly warm to the touch, so it dissipated heat well. All in all it was just what I needed for my purposes, and it works as advertised. I’ve included a video if you need a closer look.

Ok but may need streaming video software
I used this in conjunction with video image interconnection software, another adapter so I could connect an Apple iPhone 11s lightning port to an Apple iPad Pro usb-c port and stream video from the iPhone to the iPad while traveling. It did the job but required third party software which I tried 3 products before finding a compatible product for video streaming. So 4 not 5 stars.

All my meeting now in 2k resolution
I have meeting online almost daily. With Webcam is not gonna work with their tiny sensor. But with Sony mirrorless camera I bought this ugreen capture card now my costumers can see more details with real optical zoom the product they ordered. I highly recommend this product with its high compatibility with any hdmi source and the quality of build and easy of use just plug and play no software needed. All my friends now happy with my video quality.

Works right out of the box!
Worked great as a plug-n-play device. Im able to use my Sony a6400 as a Webcam and for streaming without issue. No drivers to install or anything. It works great out of the box!

Headless server management on the cheap
I got this so that I could manage and/or set up some of my servers physically without bringing a monitor with me. This does the job. I just need to bring a laptop and a spare keyboard and I am good to go. VLC doesn’t seem to do too great the with video signal, but OBS and QuickTime work great. VLC still works in a pinch if you don’t have any other options though.Works great. No issues. Small and portable.

Works well with some caveats if using as a monitor/display for another PC
YUY2 support is only up to 1920×1080@30fps, should be fine for capturing video. If trying to use as a display on another computer, the input will be a bit laggy, probably nothing you can really do since USB capture comes with some overhead.
