Capable PC and outstanding customer support
I am writing this review after more than a year of daily use. This mini computer is very capable and compact. It is currently mounted to the back of my monitor. In relation to performance, even if not on par with a PC with dedicated graphics, I have been able to run Steam games on this, the most notable being Beam NG, which is very customizable and can definitely run on this hardware.As a side note, noise level can be on the loud side during certain cpu intensive tasks, but it usually lasts a brief moment until the system stabilizes temperature and starts running without any noise again.After several Windows updates, I started noticing an issue with the computer going to hibernation / sleep state. Tried some fixes on my own but the issue was still persistent. I sent an email to GMKtec support, and they answered within a day with a solution (setting power options correctly from the control panel). The system is now working as expected again. Customer support 5/5.I would definitely recommend this mini PC to anyone looking for good performer and reasonable priced PC. This brand will be my first go to for a future upgrade.

A solid device at a fair price
I am quite happy with this PC. I acquired it principally as a work-from-home device, and it has quickly proven itself well-suited for that task. My Zoom/Teams meetings run smoothly even while I navigate weighty xlsx files. It runs two displays comfortably and smoothly, and I see no reason it could not do the same with a third monitor. I am particularly happy that it comes with 2TB of storage, as it means I do not need to either upgrade or rely on an external SSD. Beyond its primary function, this PC is also capable of handling light/moderate gaming. I have played Helldivers II on steamdeck settings without any issues. If you want a versatile pre-built device at a lower price point, then this is certainly a good option.

Nice machine but the parts are suspect.
1st one of the memory sticks were bad, now the WiFi controller won’t stay connected. Bad memory and WiFi.

Great Affordable PC
Considering it comes pre-installed with Win 11 Pro, is very easy to set up, very compact, and quiet most of the time, I give it five stars. If I have one complaint, yes, the fan does kick on for a few seconds here and there and if placed nearby (it’s so compact it’s easy to do that), you will notice it. But that’s nitpicking. Recommend if you need to go from Win 10 to Win 11 and just need a snappy functioning PC, not a workhorse for gaming, professional content, etc.

Great performer in the mini-PC class
This mini PC has state of the art components in it; and is very fast. I did not give it the 5th star; because the USB sound device is putting out an intermittent distortion. To get around that issue; I shut down usb sound driver. Now I use “digital display audio” through HDMI cable for the “not so great speakers” built-in on my monitor. I downloaded from Microsoft store “FXsound” app to improve sound off monitor speakers. I did some troubleshooting, the USB audio is faulty (3.5mm jack); still using “HDMI audio” and monitor built-in speakers. This miniPC still only gets 4 stars; usb audio (using 3.5mm jack on the back) has distortion on playback through pair of PC speakers. If I did not have speakers inside my monitor getting sound through HDMI – this unit would have returned or exchanged.

Great Value, Nice Build
I don’t want to jinx myself by writing this review but the product I received has really impressed me. It was exactly what I was looking for in a mini-pc. The product was boxed very nicely and the build quality looks great. I have only had it for a week but everything seems to be working as expected. I hope it was engineered with longevity in mind because the value of the performance in this sort of form factor is great. For anyone sensitive to noise, the fans do spin up audibly when pushing the processor but that is to be expected in such a small form factor. It seems to me they did good with that engineering challenge.

Great computer for the size
I like the small size freeing up desk space. Was the easiest computer to setup and get running, I have owned. It has everything I needed for home use. It comes with a mounting bracket that lets you mount it anywhere you want. I mounted mine on the side of my desk. I had to buy a usb hub for everything I have running on the computer. It has 4 usb ports. It comes with a hdmi cable. I connected the computer to a 32inch TV I was not using.

Plex server
I bought this to replace my old gaming pc as a plex server and I wish I would have done it sooner. It’s fast, more energy efficient and much more powerful than the pc with a dedicated gpu for transcoding. The igpu on the core ultra works flawlessly even on nights where I have 15 users streaming off of it.
